TVLC Board of Director's Description

The Board of Directors meet to govern all aspects of the Tri-Valley Learning Corporation, including but not limited to, operational oversight of the Livermore Valley Charter School (LVCS),  Livermore Valley Charter Preparatory High School (LVCP), and Tassajara Preparatory High School (TPHS), hiring of administrative personnel, school site selection and construction oversight, negotiations with the local school board and the California Department of Education, and adopting policies and procedures for all schools under their jurisdiction. The board currently seats 4 out of an 7 member Board. Regular scheduled Board Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month on the LVCS campus located at 543 Sonoma Avenue in Livermore.
